Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineering Senior Manager - Modernization & Application Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the migration to a modular, service-based architecture and contribute to the design and implementation of APIs and backend services
• Write and review production code while ensuring high standards for code quality and maintainability
• Manage and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and accountable team culture

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 2-4 years in a leadership or management role
• Proven ability to deliver reliable, scalable software in an agile environment
• Experience with C#/.NET, React, and Azure technologies
• Familiarity with modern development practices such as CI/CD automation and TDD
