Job Summary
Providing leadership to a software development team, the full-time Software Engineering Supervisor will oversee the design, development, and maintenance of software solutions while ensuring product quality standards are met in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Directly supervise the analysis, design, development, and maintenance of software solutions
- Oversee the definition and documentation of business and technical design requirements
- Ensure all software solutions are fully tested, debugged, and meet quality standards prior to release
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of technical experience in software development
- Experience with SilverLake and/or CIF 2020 product preferred
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of one or more programming languages
