Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing an Engineering team
• At least 5 years of experience designing and implementing scalable distributed backend systems
• 3+ years of experience in Blockchain technologies
• 2+ years of experience specifically in Blockchain MEV
• Expertise in Go programming language and ability to modify blockchain core code
