Software Engineering Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineering Team Lead to oversee the ETH MEV team and develop high-performance systems for the Ethereum network.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of blockchain core experts focusing on MEV services/mempool transactions for ETH
• Oversee the development and maintenance of MEV bots, searchers, and relayers interacting with Ethereum
• Set engineering priorities and timelines, ensuring successful delivery of projects from research to production

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in managing an Engineering team
• At least 5 years of experience with designing, building, testing, and implementing highly scalable and distributed backend systems
• 3+ years experience in Blockchain
• 2+ years experience in Blockchain MEV
• Expertise using Go language
