A company is looking for a Software Engineering Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of blockchain core experts focusing on MEV services/mempool transactions for BSC
• Create offerings that leverage the profit validators gain while developing solutions for searchers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and support blockchain best practices

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in managing an Engineering team
• At least 5 years of experience in designing, building, testing, and implementing highly scalable backend systems
• 3+ years experience in Blockchain technology
• 2+ years experience in Blockchain MEV
• Expertise in Go language and ability to read and modify blockchain core code
