Job Summary

Leading a team of software developers, the full-time Software Engineering Team Lead will provide technical guidance and mentorship while designing and developing web-based and mobile software products remotely for the college admissions process.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the design and development of software products, ensuring high-quality standards are met
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to a team of software developers
• Implement and influence best practices in software development, including architecture and CI/CD strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience
• 8-10 years of experience in software development with 6-8 years in a management role
• Advanced proficiency in web application development using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks
• Expertise in backend and API development using C#, .NET Core, and database management
• Experience with AWS services and CI/CD tools
