Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Software Engineering Team Lead for a full-time remote position to guide the Cloud Integrations Team in designing and developing key features for mirrord, a Kubernetes development platform, while actively contributing to the codebase and mentoring engineers.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of mirrord's cloud integration features
- Set the technical direction for the team and maintain high engineering standards
- Collaborate with Product and Solution Engineering to drive adoption and expansion
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience leading engineering teams
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience writing production-grade code in Rust, C++, or C
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes and cloud-native environments
- Ability to debug complex, distributed environments with strong systems-level thinking
- Experience working in a remote-first, startup environment
