Software Engineering Team Lead
Job Summary
Leading a team of software developers, the full-time Software Engineering Team Lead will provide technical guidance and mentorship while designing and developing web-based and mobile software products in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the design and implementation of high-quality software products that meet the needs of the Common Application community
- Guide the team in web application development, backend and API development, and cloud architecture best practices
- Shape Agile practices across teams and ensure adherence to software development lifecycle standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in software development
- 6-8 years of experience in a people management role
- Advanced proficiency in web application development with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks
- Expertise in backend development using C#, .NET Core, and RESTful APIs
