Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineering Tech Lead - AI Product Development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a small, high-velocity engineering team while remaining hands-on with production code
• Design, build, and launch AI-powered product features quickly, iterating based on customer usage
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and GTM to deliver features that address real customer problems

Required Qualifications:

• Several years of professional software engineering experience, including 2+ years in a tech lead or team leadership role
• Hands-on experience leading teams in building and shipping AI-enabled product features
• Proven ownership of the full development lifecycle and production systems
• Strong product intuition with a focus on users, workflows, and outcomes
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and connect technical choices to customer impact and business priorities
