Software Engineering Tutor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Expert Tutor for a Software Engineering Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Host daily group sessions in Zoom to assist students with various questions and provide informal communication
• Conduct and plan 1-1 video sessions with individual students to explain material and assist with complex tasks
• Communicate with students via text messages to answer questions and maintain contact based on requests from the support team

Required Qualifications

• Availability to work 5 days a week (Mon-Fri) between 2pm and 11pm EST for 8 hours per day
• Good level of spoken and written English
• 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, vanilla Javascript, React, Node + Express
• Experience in teaching or tutoring is preferred
