A company is looking for a VP of Software Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to define technical initiatives and execution roadmaps
• Deliver an intuitive and robust Financial Services platform with Software Engineering teams
• Grow and lead high-performing Software and Quality Assurance Engineers, providing mentorship and development opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience developing distributed cloud software at scale
• 5+ years of experience building and leading multiple distributed teams of Software and Quality Assurance Engineers
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; advanced degree is a plus
• Experience in the real estate domain preferred
