Software Factory Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Factory Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the architecture, development, and operationalization of the 1DOT Digital Design System and its supporting platform capabilities
• Support platform integration across enterprise systems and drive DevSecOps and DesignOps maturity
• Participate in agile sprint cycles, support backlog refinement, and ensure compliance with federal standards and guidelines

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in full stack development and supporting software factory environments
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with enterprise digital delivery
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with backend technologies
• Relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or AWS Certified Developer are preferred
