Software Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Implementation Consultant to lead EHS software implementations and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with customer goals
• Partner with customers to understand requirements and configure the software accordingly
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building relationships and managing expectations

Required Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in project management or implementation consulting
• Experience implementing SaaS or enterprise software solutions
• Strong project management skills, including risk management and stakeholder communication
• Customer-facing consulting experience with complex accounts
• Ability to adapt in fast-moving environments
