Software Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Software Implementation Consultant will successfully implement and provide ongoing consulting for customers utilizing B2B eCommerce software, focusing on comprehensive documentation, customer sessions, and project management.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary representative for new customers during the implementation of the EvolutionX solution
• Monitor implementation status and maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams
• Lead customer sessions to identify business initiatives, conduct gap analysis, and define reporting requirements

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a support or implementation role, preferably in B2B eCommerce or ERP
• Experience leading customer training sessions
• Understanding of common business practices in manufacturing, operations, and distribution
• Proficiency in advanced Excel skills
• Bachelor's degree in information systems or equivalent preferred
