Software Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

To support the continued growth of the software professional services team, the full-time remote Software Implementation Specialist will design and implement technical solutions for utilities and energy sectors, focusing on Demand Side Management and clean energy technologies while providing expert consulting on product configuration and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and implement enterprise SaaS solutions for energy efficiency and transportation electrification programs
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and deliver successful software implementations
• Support system integrations, data migration, and user acceptance testing while troubleshooting application and configuration issues

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience implementing or supporting enterprise SaaS, low-code/no-code, or workflow automation platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience configuring applications using SQL and JavaScript
• Familiarity with system integrations, REST APIs, and data mapping
• Interest in sustainability and delivering impactful technology solutions
