Key Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to demonstrate software features and functions post-sale
• Manage routine implementations and configure software modules according to client requirements
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and conduct product configuration sessions with clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related or technical field
• 3+ years of relevant experience in project management and customer-centric roles
• Strong knowledge of software and applications
• Technical knowledge and experience
• Ability to work PST/MST hours and possess a valid driver's license for job-related travel
