Software Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the implementation of a clinical SaaS application, the full-time Software Implementation Specialist will manage advanced feature integrations, troubleshoot application issues, and write SQL queries while working remotely for a duration of 6 months with potential extensions.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and support advanced features and integrations of the Health, Pharmacy & Health Technology application suites
• Write SQL queries to aid in troubleshooting application and data requests
• Troubleshoot application, interface, and data-related issues, modifying site configurations as necessary

Required qualifications

• Healthcare/clinical application implementation and support experience
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to write SQL queries independently
• Client-facing software implementation support experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
