Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Installation Technician V.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer interactions to ensure a smooth installation experience, particularly with escalated or technical customers
• Manage and prioritize multiple installation projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
• Serve as a technical escalation point for complex installation scenarios and provide guidance to junior technicians

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of related experience, preferably in software installations
• Proven experience handling escalated or complex customer scenarios in a technical role
• Technical aptitude with advanced troubleshooting skills and ability to support practice management systems
• Working knowledge of HIPAA compliance and proper handling of PHI
• Ability to read and write SQL preferred
