Software Integration Analyst

Job Summary

Providing lifecycle support for DLA's Employee Activity Guide for Labor Entry (EAGLE) DBS, the full-time remote Computer Software Integration Analyst will ensure efficient and secure operations while delivering software improvements and maintaining compliance with government specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Implement authorized fixes and updates to maintain 99% system uptime and resolve application incidents within predetermined timeframes
• Design, code, test, and integrate system enhancements, ensuring zero critical defects and adherence to performance standards
• Develop and maintain comprehensive Functional Requirements documentation that complies with Government traceability standards and change control processes

Required qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years' relevant experience in software integration and lifecycle support, preferably in a government or regulated environment
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (master's preferred)
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a T3 (Secret) background investigation clearance
• In-depth knowledge of system integration, configuration management, and lifecycle support; strong familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps
• Proven ability to analyze complex system processes and develop effective solutions
