Software Integration Lead

Job Summary

Leading the design and implementation of enterprise integration solutions, the full-time remote Software Integration Lead will manage integration patterns across various platforms, ensuring operational health and delivery quality while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise integration API standards and Azure-based integration runtime
• Oversee integration lifecycle for external partners, including payment processors and insurance ecosystem partners
• Lead and mentor the integrations development team while optimizing design for security, performance, and scalability

Required qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise software engineering and integration architecture, with 5+ years at a Lead/Principal/Architect level
• Deep experience with Azure Integration Services, including API Management and Logic Apps
• Proven experience integrating Dynamics 365 with insurance core systems and data lakes
• Strong API and event-driven design skills, including REST and async messaging
• Experience operating integration platforms in regulated environments, preferably in insurance
