Job Summary

To support a high-impact initiative within a regulated MedTech manufacturing environment, the remote Software Labeling Project Manager will lead coordination of Loftware labeling system deployments and migrations, ensuring operational readiness and integration with manufacturing processes across multiple global sites.

Key responsibilities

• Lead coordination of Loftware labeling system deployments and migration activities
• Support operational readiness for labeling systems during manufacturing site cutovers
• Manage issue tracking, release readiness, and deployment sequencing while partnering with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting Loftware labeling platforms
• Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments (MedTech, Pharma, etc.)
• Background in deployment, migration, or system cutover initiatives
• Strong understanding of labeling processes and manufacturing operations
• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
