Software Lead
Job Summary
Providing hands-on architectural direction, the full-time Software Lead will guide engineering decisions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to application delivery through design, coding, and technical reviews in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve system architecture for scalable and maintainable application delivery across multiple products and services
- Provide architectural direction and technical guidance to development teams while actively contributing to coding and integration services
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to align architecture with product goals, customer needs, and operational reliability
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 7+ years of professional software development experience with hands-on contributions to application delivery
- 3+ years of experience providing technical leadership and architectural direction across teams or products
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing APIs, web applications, and database-backed systems
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as Angular and/or React
