Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software License Compliance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships across diverse functions and organizational levels
• Operate successfully in a virtual and global environment while managing evolving priorities
• Execute tasks that produce reporting, metrics, and analyses related to software usage and entitlements

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software license compliance or comparable legal/compliance roles; Juris Doctorate strongly preferred
• Extensive knowledge of software license metrics, compliance tools, and licensing policies
• Familiarity with IT procurement, software licensing operations, and IT Service Management processes
• Experience with enterprise software license agreements across various models (perpetual, subscription, cloud)
• Understanding of major supplier licensing terminology and deployment models for multi-platform software applications
