Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Licensing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain systems level software inventory, track compliance, and provide procurement feedback
Analyze purchase records, contribute to contract negotiation, and monitor software compliance
Support internal and external software compliance audits, perform software audits regularly, and provide problem-solving guidance

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software license management
Experience working with software licensing requirements across various publishers and publisher types
Working knowledge of licensing renewal contracting language in enterprise-level agreements
Experience with software asset/license management products such as Flexera or similar tools
