Software Licensing Specialist

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and analytical, the full-time remote Software Licensing Specialist will manage the end-to-end software licensing lifecycle, prepare licensing quotes, and coordinate with global stakeholders to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the software licensing and maintenance renewal lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate execution
• Prepare and maintain software licensing quotes using Salesforce, Jira Service Management, and Microsoft Excel
• Research customer contracts and licensing entitlements to ensure quote accuracy and compliance

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in Software Licensing, Sales Operations, or Customer Success
• Experience supporting B2B SaaS software licensing and subscription renewals
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail and data integrity
