Software Maintenance Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Software Maintenance Engineer to provide technical support and engineering services to enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the direct contact and adviser for customer inquiries regarding Ceph Storage and OpenShift Data Foundations
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by resolving a variety of technical issues
- Collaborate with engineers and developers to promote creative solutions and improve customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Solid Linux experience at RHCSA or RHCE level
- Excellent system administration skills and experience in technical support or customer-facing roles
- Strong knowledge of containers and Software Defined Storage systems, specifically Ceph or OpenShift Data Foundations
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform is a plus
- Ability to work as part of a team with a customer-centric focus
