Software Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Maintenance Engineer- RHEL.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the direct contact and adviser for customer inquiries about networking offerings
• Deliver exceptional customer experience through troubleshooting and technical support
• Collaborate with engineers and developers to resolve complex technical issues

Required Qualifications

• Solid Linux experience at RHCSA or RHCE level
• Excellent system administration skills with customer-facing technical support experience
• Working knowledge of common networking protocols
• Ability to read and write in C, Python, or Perl for network-related programming
• Knowledge of Red Hat OpenStack Platform and cloud technologies is a plus
