• Design and optimize scaled onboarding experiences using tools and customer feedback

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in customer support within a SaaS or behavioral health practice setting
• Hands-on experience in a behavioral health office environment with knowledge of workflows and patient engagement
• Experience in onboarding, implementation, or customer success in a technology-enabled environment
• Familiarity with scaled onboarding tools and digital adoption strategies
• Strong organizational and project management skills, able to manage multiple engagements simultaneously
