Software Partnerships Development Lead

Job Summary

Leading the development of strategic partnerships, the full-time remote Software Partnerships Development Lead will identify, evaluate, and activate partnerships to enhance product innovation and market reach within Honeywell Fire's global software ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute partnership strategies aligned with business objectives and product roadmaps
• Lead the sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation of potential partners across technology domains
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partner technologies and drive joint solution development

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem leadership
• Proven track record in building and scaling software or technology partnerships
• Strong understanding of SaaS, IoT, data platforms, and cloud ecosystems
• Experience collaborating with engineering, product, and sales teams
• Familiarity with marketplace models or platform ecosystems is beneficial
