Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Process Engineer 4 in Remote, USA!

Key Responsibilities:

Build a fully functional Amazon Connect contact center to replace the current call center
Manage version control systems and oversee build and deployment processes
Stay current on industry trends and optimize release processes

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field
3+ years of hands-on experience in building call flows and IVR within AWS Connect
Experience with AWS Services, virtual network design, and managing AWS environments
Experience with IVR, ACD, Skill-Based Routing, and process flow documentation creation
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, automated testing tools, DevOps principles, and agile methodologies
