Software Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Product Manager - Genomic Reporting Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage vendor relationships, including purchase orders and communication between external vendors and internal users
• Develop expertise in reporting systems, understanding their capabilities and areas for improvement
• Establish and maintain a quarterly roadmap for reporting systems, coordinating development work and incorporating user feedback

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience in genetics, or a Master's degree with 2+ years of experience, or a PhD
• Preferred degree in human genetics or bioinformatics
• 2+ years of experience with SQL queries and data analysis
• 2+ years of experience with project management tools like Jira or Confluence
• Experience with software development projects and collaboration with engineers or bioinformaticians
