Software Product Manager
Job Summary
Leading the strategic direction of the SailPoint IdentityNow platform, the full-time remote Software Product Manager will own the roadmap, optimize identity governance solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security and compliance practices across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and ongoing maturation of the SailPoint IdentityNow platform
- Design and optimize identity governance solutions to support organizational security and compliance goals
- Collaborate with Information Security, HR, and IT teams to align identity management capabilities with business needs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- 10+ years of Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience
- 4+ years of experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ architecture, implementation, or administration
- Experience leading enterprise IAM initiatives and large-scale identity governance deployments
- Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, governance, and compliance processes
