Job Summary
Seeking a collaborative and delivery-focused Software Product Owner, this full-time position will manage scrum teams to deliver new functionality for the food safety industry, prioritizing product backlogs and translating customer needs into actionable requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align software solutions with business goals and customer needs
- Gather and translate stakeholder feedback into clear product requirements and maintain the product backlog
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and support end-to-end product launch activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
- 3-5 years of experience in software product ownership or related roles
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and backlog management
- Experience using Azure DevOps or similar tools for managing software delivery
- Ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements for engineering teams
