Job Summary

Driving execution across key software initiatives, the full-time remote Software Program Manager will lead planning and coordination of software projects, ensuring alignment among cross-functional teams and managing release readiness in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning and execution for key software initiatives, including project schedules and deliverables
• Partner with teams across the software delivery lifecycle to ensure coordinated execution and alignment on priorities
• Establish and maintain clear dashboards and status reporting to provide updates on progress and risks

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in software project or program management
• Strong knowledge of modern methodologies and proficiency with tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience)
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for collaboration across teams
