Job Summary
Leading technical integration across multiple subsystems, the full-time remote Software Project Engineer will coordinate engineering efforts, develop execution plans, and ensure cross-functional alignment to meet program milestones and deliverables.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical integration across multiple subsystems or entire vehicle-level engineering efforts
- Develop and maintain the engineering execution plan, including schedules and milestone readiness tracking
- Serve as the primary engineering integration counterpart to Program Management, providing visibility into progress and risks
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related STEM discipline
- 7+ years of experience in project engineering or technical program coordination
- Demonstrated capability leading complex, multi-disciplinary engineering efforts
- High-integration hardware/software industry experience
- Deep understanding of software and system engineering lifecycles and verification processes
