Software Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading multiple software development initiatives, the full-time remote Software Project Manager will provide project management and oversight to technical teams, ensuring project success through effective communication and resource management.

Key responsibilities

• Act as project manager for various software development projects, planning and scheduling timelines and milestones
• Communicate project delivery expectations and progress to team members and executive leadership regularly
• Track project milestones, manage risks, and delegate tasks to ensure timely completion of deliverables

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in project management, specifically in software project management
• Proficient in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, as well as Waterfall
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Strong strategic and analytical skills, with a focus on maximizing productivity
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in enterprise project management or related field
