Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Quality Assurance Director.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Software Quality Assurance team and oversee the entire SQA process
Drive innovation in SQA practices, manage customer relationships, and mentor the SQA team
Manage budgets, interface with senior management, and ensure alignment with business objectives

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field
10+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience with 5+ years in technical leadership
Experience with QA software, test automation, SDLC, and STLC
Strong understanding of ITIL, CMMI process models, and PMP certification
Preferred qualifications include healthcare industry experience and data analytics proficiency
