Job Summary
A company is looking for a Software Quality Assurance Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Software Quality Assurance team and oversee the entire SQA process
- Drive innovation in SQA practices, manage customer relationships, and mentor the SQA team
- Manage budgets, interface with senior management, and ensure alignment with business objectives
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 10+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience with 5+ years in technical leadership
- Experience with QA software, test automation, SDLC, and STLC
- Strong understanding of ITIL, CMMI process models, and PMP certification
- Preferred qualifications include healthcare industry experience and data analytics proficiency
