Software QA Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software QA Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product quality from release readiness through post-release monitoring
• Direct and coordinate QA testers, ensuring timely completion of testing tasks
• Manage the end-to-end release process, including schedules and stakeholder communication

Qualifications and Requirements

• Familiarity with Infor SyteLine ERP and manufacturing environments
• Experience with QA testing libraries or automated test frameworks
• Hands-on experience with TestComplete or Playwright is a plus
• Strong analytical skills for translating defect data into quality improvements
• Comfortable running cross-functional meetings and presenting quality data
