Software QA Manager

Job Summary

Leading geographically distributed QA teams, the full-time Software QA Manager will drive automation initiatives and oversee quality assurance activities across multiple enterprise software projects in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop both onshore and offshore QA teams
• Establish and execute QA strategies, standards, and best practices
• Drive the design and maintenance of automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of software testing experience
• 4-6+ years of QA leadership or management experience
• Experience managing both onshore and offshore QA teams
• Strong experience building and maintaining automation testing frameworks
