Software QA Specialist

Job Summary

To ensure the integrity and reliability of customer software, the full-time remote Software Verification & QA Specialist will conduct verification processes, execute software builds in various programming languages, and perform thorough testing using both manual and automated methods.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct verification of customer software and achieve successful software builds across various programming languages
• Perform end-to-end testing of application features, identifying and reporting bugs to ensure a high-quality user experience
• Analyze software requirements and technical documentation to support build processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of development or DevOps experience
• 2+ years of experience with Linux, Windows, and Mac environments
• Basic understanding of popular backend languages such as Python, Java, NodeJS, and PHP
• Prior experience or understanding of database and server configuration (MongoDB, SQL, MySQL)
• Experience with various build tools like msbuild, webpack, and maven
