Software Quality Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Quality Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Support agile scrum teams in developing and executing system and end-to-end testing for a Salesforce-based application
• Create and review test plans and test cases, ensuring alignment with requirements and functionality
• Investigate and document bugs, track them through to resolution, and advocate for quality throughout the development process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or business administration required
• Experience with Selenium, QTest, and Jira preferred
• Familiarity with various testing types, including regression, load, unit, and system testing
• Experience working in SDLC as a Tester, Data Validation Engineer, or QA Engineer
• Functional and/or Technical Certifications as deemed appropriate for specialization
