Software Quality Analyst

Job Summary

Collaborating with software engineers and business analysts, the full-time Software Quality Analyst will define, review, and execute test cases while tracking defects through to resolution in a remote-enabled environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute test cases, including mapping requirements to various test types
• Investigate reported issues, document bugs, and ensure their resolution while maintaining quality standards
• Collaborate with project teams and external members to ensure seamless project execution and contribute to quality assurance practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in a functional or technical role related to software delivery, testing, or maintenance
• Experience with regression, load, unit, and system testing
• ISTQB Foundation Level Certification preferred
• Previous consulting experience preferred
