Software Quality Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Quality Architect to drive the long-term quality strategy within the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the QA roadmap by setting vision, priorities, and success metrics for test automation
• Design and evolve a long-term automation strategy that aligns with product functionality and customer usage
• Lead and mentor QA engineers while influencing engineering teams to improve testing practices

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in QA engineering or software engineering, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Deep understanding of automated testing methodologies and tools
• Strong technical fluency with modern programming languages such as TypeScript, Python, or Java
• Experience building and scaling QA programs in enterprise SaaS environments
• Computer Science or related degree preferred
