Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Summary

To ensure the reliability and performance of software products, the full-time Software Quality Assurance Engineer will design and implement test plans, execute manual and automated tests, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve defects prior to release.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute comprehensive test plans and scripts for internal and external clients
• Conduct functional, regression, API, performance, and user interface testing while tracking quality assurance metrics
• Collaborate with technical teams to clarify requirements and ensure product quality, while identifying and documenting defects

Required qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience with SQL and back-end testing
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting is required
