Software Quality Assurance Lead
Job Summary
Leading software quality assurance efforts, the full-time remote Software Quality Assurance Lead will manage testing activities for an enterprise initiative aimed at reducing the use of Social Security Numbers across VistA applications, while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure compliance and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead QA and testing activities across VistA applications impacted by the SSN reduction initiative
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test strategies, plans, and standards based on project requirements and risks
- Coordinate defect management and ensure thorough testing coverage across development, QA, and business teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of software quality assurance experience supporting healthcare IT or complex enterprise systems
- 2+ years of experience in a QA leadership role such as QA Lead or Test Lead
- Experience developing and executing test strategies across functional, integration, regression, and UAT
- Strong knowledge of test case development and test automation concepts
