Job Summary

A company is looking for a SQA Test Engineer, Manager to lead the Software Quality Assurance team and ensure a zero-defect production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the Software Quality Assurance team and processes
• Develop and maintain metrics and dashboards for project quality assurance
• Oversee the creation of test plans and scripts, ensuring adherence to quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
• 8+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience
• 5+ years of experience with QA methodologies in both waterfall and agile environments
• 3+ years of management experience in large organizations
• 3+ years of experience with test automation tools, preferably Selenium
