Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Quality Assurance & Process Improvement Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct process analysis and identify key areas for improvement
• Develop and implement process improvement plans using project management tools
• Collaborate with product specialists, development and test teams, and project managers to implement changes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 3+ years of proven experience in process improvement and software quality assurance
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile; certifications preferred
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
