Software Quality Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Quality & Reliability Engineer (Founding Role).

Key Responsibilities

• Own quality and reliability across the software stack, including test infrastructure and production monitoring
• Design and implement monitoring, alerting, and dashboards for system health
• Build and maintain integration and end-to-end test suites while ensuring test coverage and workflow correctness

Required Qualifications and Education

• Strong engineering background with problem-solving skills and quick shipping capabilities
• Experience with observability tooling (e.g., Datadog, Sentry)
• Robust testing background, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Familiarity with LLM-based features and evaluation approaches, or a willingness to learn
• Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with a focus on autonomy and accountability
