Software Quality Engineer

Job Summary

Collaborating with a diverse team, the full-time remote Software Quality Engineer/Analyst will assess specifications, create and maintain test suites, execute test cases, and develop tools for automated testing to ensure software quality in healthcare applications.

Key responsibilities

• Assess specifications and requirements for consistency and accuracy
• Create and maintain comprehensive test suites and execute both manual and automated test cases
• Participate in Agile team planning sessions to identify dependencies and outline testing approaches

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field with four years of software development experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with ten years of software development experience
• Three years of experience creating software quality and/or data processing tests
• Experience testing applications using JAVA, SQL, and JSON technology
• Experience working within an Agile team using the Scrum framework
• Proficiency in automation frameworks such as Selenium, Junit, or TestNG
