Software Quality Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Quality Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering to design and deploy Machine Learning and Generative AI models for issue detection and quality assurance
• Identify emerging on-road issue trends and develop data-driven strategies for issue monitoring
• Serve as a subject matter expert, defining policies and quality control processes for AI-generated outputs

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or 4 years of relevant work experience in AV Software Quality Operations
• Experience with all phases of the machine learning development lifecycle
• Knowledge of ML testing and validation, including dataset quality assurance and performance evaluation
• Ability to learn new concepts and utilize proprietary tools effectively
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays
